At Tushbaby, we want you and your little one to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Simply print it out and attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
